1. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental period. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
2. Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that any booking fees or service charges are non-refundable.
3. Damage and Loss: Renters are responsible for any damage or loss of rental items. If an item is returned damaged, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the renter’s payment method.
4. Returns: All rental items must be returned in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear. Late returns may incur additional charges.
